Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Wire Hangers

Wednesday, January 16, 2013

Wire hangers have received a bad rap. Why the haters I ask you? Did Joan Crawford ruin it for all of us? These littles ditties can be quite useful... from drain clogs to cookouts, the world needs a good wire hanger every now and then.

Can we show a little love for this unsung hero? xo

  1. I just love the way you have restored and renewed that little naughty wire hanger.
YES, more wire hangers like that please.
    They look fresh and fun.

  2. I am the worst at throwing away those wire hangers! I can never seem to get clothes to hang on them. Never thought to use them for another purpose! Oh the things you find on the internet...

  3. I loved these! Especially the photo of the 'magazine rack'. I also love that you're taking comments on your posts now. :) - Nicole from

  4. pve - ha ha ha, "naughty" indeed. xo

lost in art - gotta love that internet. and what are you doing throwing stuff away. your dad would say that's a big no no. ha.

nicole - thanks girl. and thanks for the comment love. xo

  5. O! How clever and original! Now that I think about it, wire hangers don't seem that popular in my corner of the world -- they're all plastic! Perhaps something about the high humidity and rust.. ? p.s. Thank you so much for your kind words -- I AM much better, praise the Lord (yesterday I was at the mall for several hours lol!).

Hey... You! I think you are the tops for showing the comment love! Thank you for your comments and support. It means so very much. If you leave a comment, you will find the reply in comments as well. xo
