The Power of Pillows

Never underestimate the power of the pillow. A simple pillow can change a basic couch into a conversation piece or change the mood of a room. Here's the best part about it, pillows are inexpensive and can be covered and recovered as often as your little heart desires. So let's make some!

My sister Anna is just 16 and changes her room as often as many of us change clothes. Ok, that's a dramatic overstatement, but you get where I'm going with this. She visited over Christmas and selected some fabric to recover a few of her pillows. So I'm gonna kill some birds with stones here and use this blog as my motivator to get these pillows done. To get started on this little project you will need the following:

pillow inserts or old pillows

fabric

scissors

thread

ruler/measuring tape

any add-ons you like such as buttons, ribbons, etc.
