It's like this...when you can make such pretty stuff out of old books that you can buy at a garage sale for a buck...what the heck is stopping you? Besides, if you put it on the walls of your loo, you'd never have to take another magazine in with you. Right?
(personally, I'd ditch the burlap and the window frame and just hang that badboy like one of those feather poof things seen here and here.)
