In the south we have a few summer traditions. Blue Bell Ice Cream might be one of my faves. But when you combine Blue Bell and Key Lime Pie? Hello!!!! I'm in love. My friends Steph and Ryan turned me onto this tempting treat years ago. Sadly, finding a gallon was like finding a needle in a haystack. The tangy goodness of the lime mixed with the creamy vanilla flavoring and chunks of delicious graham crackers makes me weak in the knees. And sometimes sick to my stomach. I think I ate an entire gallon in a single day once. Funny, I have been unable to find the flavor since. That is until yesterday! I squealed with delight as strolled down the ice cream isle, spotting the coveted flavor. Heaven. Sheer heaven. Now I have Key Lime Pie on the brain...
Seriously, even if you don't like key lime pie, you have to try this stuff. It's the flavor summer is made of... for real. xo

I looooove key lime things! I had no idea there was an ice cream! Most likely because we have Braums here in Oklahoma so that's the ice cream we eat. However, I think I might be on the hunt for some of that key lime goodness!
