Summer gives way to all kinds of adventures. One of my least favorite is a day filled with the following chant, "Mom... I'm bored." I've mentioned my affection for the "bored jar." But if I'm honest with myself, I know that won't be enough to keep my littles busy in between playdates and other activities. Here are a few fun ideas using household items to keep your littles entertained...

Yup, that should cover about a week and a half. Right? Oh Lord, I had better get ready! What kind of summer artillery do you have up your sleeve? xo

  1. I'm nervous about summer. My kids were both home sick last week and I got a small taste of what summer might be like. I need to start planning. I like the ideas. I think we will make a list or maybe mark somethings on a calendar. My oldest likes to plan things, which works for me but can be difficult for spur of the moment fun.
Good luck to you. (I know I'll need it;-))
